V13 Lot Manager
Dealership Photo Tracking

About V13 Lot Manager

V13 Lot Manager is a precision operational platform built for automotive photography teams. It gives every vehicle on a dealership lot a clear, trackable record: the stock number, whether the car is new or used, who shot it, when it was shot, and — just as importantly — why a vehicle could not be photographed. Instead of relying on paper sheets, group texts, and end-of-month guesswork, photographers log each vehicle in seconds from a phone, and managers see the results update in real time.

The platform is designed for the people who actually work the lot. Field photographers get a fast, one-thumb logging flow that works from a phone in the middle of a row of cars. Team leads and general managers get daily completion rates, missed-vehicle breakdowns, employee performance comparisons, and timestamped activity history. Dealer partners get their own portal showing exactly which vehicles were photographed, which were missed, and how quickly the work is moving, along with a running conversation with the photography team.

Because billing and accountability both depend on accurate records, the app also tracks which dealership and which day every vehicle belongs to, so reports can be printed, exported, and reconciled without disputes. Vehicles missed for a specific reason — a missing key, a car that was dirty, blocked in the lot, in service, or out on a customer demo — are flagged automatically and carried forward until they are shot.

V13 Lot Manager is built and maintained by V13 Media, an automotive media and photography company that runs dealership photo operations and built this system to solve its own daily tracking problems.
